The Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for discovering, developing, and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships within Florida's East Coast sector/construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with regional and national Business Development Team to identify, maintain and pursue clients and projects
- Coordinate pursuit activities with regional operational management
- Follow up on qualified opportunities through the development of strategic relationships with architects, engineers, property brokers, developers, owners, and financing institutions
- Conduct and gather research to identify potential business opportunities
- Track all pursuit and relationship management information through Suffolk's centralized system, CRM. Update information on a regular basis to keep CRM current and accurate
- Execute initiatives identified and ensure detailed
