Join our vibrant luxury café team as a Barista, where your energy and passion for coffee will create memorable experiences for every guest. We're looking for an experienced Barista passionate and who knows the art, science, and heart behind exceptional coffee. This is an in-person role with in-person interviews only.

In this dynamic role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or snacks as needed.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Upsell products to increase sales opportunities by recommending beverages or snacks based on customer preferences.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred (At least 3 years of experience).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
