This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on networking, building long-term partnerships, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. You will focus on expanding our presence in the market by developing strong connections with facility managers, property owners, general contractors, and business leaders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop new business opportunities for fire protection, suppression and security solutions, including equipment projects, inspections, and recurring monitoring/maintenance services.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities through our existing customer base.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking and community events and professional associations to create relationships and expand brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet compliance, safety, and budget requirements.
What You Bring to Us:
- A consultative sales approach, active community engagement, and the ability to grow accounts through trust and credibility.
- Successful experience in B2B sales, relationship-based selling, and territory management.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in your previous organizations.
- Willingness to establish your territory through in-person meetings and evaluations.
- Possession of existing contacts within the Property Management, Distribution, Facilities, Healthcare and/or Retail channels are a plus.
