ABOUT EXPECTATIONS

As a DC at The Joint Chiropractic - Lafayette CO, you are expected to provide quality, full-spine adjustments using a blend of any and/or all of the following adjusting techniques:

• Diversified
• Gonstead
• Thompson Drop
• Activator (only if requested, this is a manual adjusting chiropractic clinic)

· Provide the highest level of patient care in an efficient manner

· The ability to provide quality adjustments, efficiently

· Extremity adjusting is a plus

· Keep accurate patient records through our proprietary EHR software

· Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture

· Educate patients on the benefits of our services (for their health and their wallet)

· The ability to obtain patient memberships and retain them

· Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts

· Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times

· Maintain a clean and organized workplace

WHAT WE DON'T DO

· X-rays

· Appointments

· Insurance

· Medicare

· Physiotherapy Modalities

· Massage

· Graston or IASTM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Current, active Chiropractic license in Colorado (or at least have applied for it)

· Live within 45 minutes of Lafayette, Colorado, or have relocation already planned

· NO prior or pending Chiropractic board or DORA complaints in Colorado

· Cheerful, extroverted, empathetic and positive (looking for a "people person")

· Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)

· Dedication to high quality service

· Maintain a professional appearance

· Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages

· Able to stand and adjust for long periods of time

HOURS

· Part-time, 2 days/week hours/week)

·* Wage: $37/hour starting, ceiling is $42/hour*

· As the clinic grows, the opportunity for more hours and increased pay will as well

If hired, you will have virtual training modules that can be completed at your computer at home, and then 1 day of paid in-clinic training at our office in Lafayette.
