Position Overview

We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong primary care experience. The ideal candidate is certified to practice independently under California's full-practice authority laws (AB 890: Section 103 or 104) and is passionate about delivering care remotely and/or through facility visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Conduct telehealth consultations from your home or other approved location.
• Perform occasional facility visits to patients as needed (travel mileage reimbursed).
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with support staff and remote clinical advisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license in good standing.
• Certified to practice without physician supervision under California law (eligible under AB 890 Sections 103 or 104 preferred).
• National certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in primary care or internal medicine.
• Comfortable using EMRs.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
