Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel policies.
• Implement effective cleaning procedures for various surfaces and areas, including floor care techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
• Maintain records of staff performance, incidents, and any maintenance issues requiring attention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with team members and guests professionally.
• Previous experience in hotel settings is preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
