BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for the San Diego County Scientific community. We are currently looking for a REMOTE 6mo Contract-to-Potential-Hire
Technical Program Management Coordinator/Specialist
to work for a leading San Diego biotech company.

*Fully remote contract role. East Coast preference due to EU vendor collaboration. Must be able to work flexed hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across the CMC and Manufacturing teams, including coverage during a maternity leave period.
  • Support vendor and procurement workflows in partnership with Legal and Procurement, including contracts, purchase requisitions, change orders, and invoicing.
  • Assist with Tech Ops and CMC document routing, review, and approval processes.
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and shared documentation to support team organization and visibility.
  • Review vendor invoices against purchase orders and completed work.
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and action item follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain files within SharePoint and shared drives.
  • Provide general operational and ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience in a biotech or life sciences environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting procurement, contracts, and invoice tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to support global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
