Company Overview:
Direct Mobile Dental, based in the Philadelphia area, is the region's largest provider of mobile dentistry for long-term care facilities. Our dedicated team of dentists and support staff delivers essential dental services to the elderly community by visiting nursing homes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Driver to join our team. The driver will play a key role in transporting our dental team and equipment safely and efficiently to various nursing home locations. This position requires assisting with loading, unloading, and setting up dental equipment, as well as providing support during dental procedures in a professional and compassionate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport the dental team using a company vehicle to assigned nursing homes.
Load and unload dental equipment and assist with setup for procedures.
Support the dentist and team during onsite dental services as needed.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company uniform guidelines.
Follow all company safety and operational rules and procedures.
Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork in all interactions.
Drive in various weather conditions, ensuring the safety of the team and equipment.
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver's license for at least three (3) years.
Maintain a clean driving record with:
No more than one moving violation in the past three years.
No accidents within the last three years.
No DUI convictions.
Able to pass a 7-year background check.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working in a nursing home environment.
Drug-free with the ability to comply with COVID testing requirements.
Demonstrated punctuality and strong attendance record.
Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience in transportation or healthcare support is a plus.
Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with elderly patients and staff.
Gets along with co-workers and has a team-player attitude.

This is an in-person position and does not offer remote work opportunities.
