The Gym St. Pete Beach is an upscale, boutique fitness environment focused on helping our community live longer, healthier, and stronger lives. Our facility includes a sauna, cold plunge, recovery services, and a high-end training environment—making this a perfect home for a massage therapist who specializes in sports, recovery, and therapeutic work.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in sports massage, deep tissue, and recovery-based techniques. This is NOT a room-rental position. The ideal candidate is looking to integrate into our team, support our members and personal training clients, and help expand our recovery offerings.

If you have an existing clientele who would be excited to follow you to a clean, professional, upscale gym environment, that is strongly preferred.

What You Bring

  • Active Florida Massage Therapy License
  • Experience with sports massage, mobility work, deep tissue, and recovery modalities
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Existing clientele is a plus

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation structure

This position is NOT a lease or room rental. Applicants seeking rental-only arrangements will not be considered.
