Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the products that best meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with transactions and ensure accurate pricing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
