À propos
The Role Network is looking for an ambitious Product UX Designer who understands user behaviour, works confidently with data, and can deliver high-quality, scalable design. You’ll join us at a pivotal moment as we modernise our tech platform, evolve our design system, and transform the member experience for 2.8 million users.
Working within the Digital Product and Technology team and reporting into the Head of UX you will be responsible for conducting appropriate user experience research (UXR), using this to inform, shape and deliver user experience designs (UXD) across the CRO and broader Technology and Product roadmaps.

Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing) and the ability to frame strong hypotheses.
A portfolio showing solid UX craft and design system usage.
325 confidence interpreting analytics, funnels, and test results (you don’t need to be a data scientist).
Strong communicator with Kef to justify decisions with evidence, not opinion.
Growth mindset: hungry to develop into a senior role and drive real product impact.
