We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial to our operational success. This position requires a commitment to safety and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
