We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker for our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items from inventory for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, adhering to safe Lifting practices and weight limits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all Safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the smooth functioning of the Logistics department by performing duties diligently.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following Safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
