Join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, shelves, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
- Perform Lifting tasks as required, following proper techniques.
- Support the broader Logistics team in achieving daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics operations is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This position operates within a warehouse environment that may have temperature fluctuations. Continuous physical exertion, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking, is required. Adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE are critical. This role is integral to our Logistics chain, demanding reliability and a focus on efficiency.
