We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities:
- Receive and interpret order instructions via RF scanner or pick sheet.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and subsequent shipping processes.
- Maintain the tidiness and orderliness of picking areas and assist with general warehouse upkeep, ensuring high Safety standards.
- Follow all company protocols for order picking and contribute to efficient Logistics operations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Must be comfortable with continuous movement and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Adherence to all PPE requirements, including safety footwear.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets or scanner displays.
- Good physical condition, capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines.
