- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including safe Lifting practices.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Logistics operations is beneficial.
