  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including safe Lifting practices.
  • Utilize and maintain required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long durations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics operations is beneficial.
