Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
This position requires a dedication to safety, including the correct use of PPE and adherence to lifting guidelines. You will be an essential part of our logistics operations in San Diego.
