*About the Role*
Snap Tech IT is seeking a *Mid–Senior Network Systems Engineer* to support and maintain network and systems infrastructure for our managed services clients. This role is hands-on and intended for candidates with *proven network engineering experience*, ideally in a *Managed Service Provider (MSP)* environment.
You will work primarily from our Tempe office, supporting clients across Arizona and nationwide. Occasional onsite travel within the Phoenix metro area is required.

*This Role Is a Good Fit If You:*
* Have *4+ years of hands-on Network & Systems Engineering experience* _(not total IT or help desk experience)_
* Have supported *firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VLANs, and VPNs*
* Have experience working in a *Managed Service Provider (MSP)* or multi-client environment
* Are comfortable owning complex technical issues from diagnosis through resolution
* Value documentation, process, and doing things correctly the first time
* Can work independently without micromanagement
*Core Responsibilities*
* Support and troubleshoot *network infrastructure*, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
* Resolve routing, VLAN, VPN, and network security issues
* Resolve escalated network, server, and systems issues
* Support *Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and workstation environments*
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 technicians
* Create and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and client documentation in *IT Glue*
* Accurately track work in *ConnectWise Manage*
* Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotation
* Travel onsite within the Phoenix metro area as required (planned in advance)

*Required Experience & Skills*
* *Minimum 5 years* of professional experience supporting:
* Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless)
* Windows Server environments
* Experience working in an *MSP or multi-client environment*
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
* Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to lift and move standard IT equipment as needed
*Preferred (Not Required)*
* CCNA or equivalent networking experience
* Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or similar)
* Experience with *ConnectWise Manage / Automate* or similar PSA/RMM tools
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in an MSP environment
