Channel Manager – Global Reseller Networks

Location: Camberley Salary: £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Type: Permanent | Full-time

Ready to take your channel management skills global? We’re looking for an experienced and commercially astute Channel Manager to spearhead the growth of our international reseller network. If you thrive on building partnerships, creating scalable processes, and driving sales performance through indirect channels – this role’s calling your name.

You’ll play a key part in shaping and expanding our network of resellers across a wide range of industries and regions, focusing on growing revenue, boosting efficiency, and strengthening relationships – all while backed by a supportive internal team and a cutting-edge product portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and executing strategic plans to expand and optimise the global reseller network
Driving commercial performance by setting targets, reviewing progress, and ensuring value-add from each partner
Empowering resellers with tools, training, marketing support, and technical resources
Standardising policies around discounts, commissions, and contractual terms
Supporting digital transformation and automation within the sales process (salestech)
Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, contracts and product teams to align goals and deliver results
Analysing data to enhance KPIs, dashboard insights, and decision-making processes

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience managing successful reseller/channel partner programmes
Strong commercial instincts and ability to juggle multiple projects and geographies
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
Proven ability to scale channel sales and unlock new market potential
A proactive mindset with a knack for process improvement and strategy execution
Degree-qualified or equivalent business experience

Travel

This is a UK-based role, but international travel will be required to support and engage with global partners.
