We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and adults to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. This role requires a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques, early intervention strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills.
* Provide early intervention services for children with developmental delays.
* Collaborate with educators and other professionals in school settings to support students' communication needs.
* Educate patients and families about speech disorders and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and medical terminology.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders.
* Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to create tailored treatment plans.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient care.
* Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus.

Pay: $33.00 - $60.00 per hour
