Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick orders using an RF scanner and picking lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology, such as scanners and WMS.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) at all times.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
