We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming materials and products.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, adhering to safe Lifting practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with Safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Follow all company procedures and guidelines for handling merchandise and ensuring product integrity.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times when required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall team efficiency within the Logistics chain.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following Safety procedures and using required PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
