Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order forms or scanner data.
  • Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications before packing.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse Safety .
  • Follow all established procedures for order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate Logistics .
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to supervisors promptly.
  • The role requires standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Proper use of all required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves, is mandatory.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand order details and product labels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, moving, and lifting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.
  • Understanding and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.
