Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a fast-paced role? We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy facility in Chicago, Illinois. This critical position ensures that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and labeling.
  • Operate picking equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization and Safety .
  • Follow all procedures for order fulfillment and contribute to smooth Logistics flow.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving repetitive motion and frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Wear all required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous picking and packing experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety in all tasks.
