- Operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up) to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers accurately and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Utilize required PPE at all times while operating equipment or in designated areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and safety knowledge.
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and Logistics operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with different types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
