We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our vibrant Logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, and regular Lifting. We are committed to providing a secure and productive work environment for all. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage picked orders for consolidation and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping aisles clear and accessible.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE.
- Report any inventory inaccuracies or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations and terminology is a plus.
