We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records in our Boise, Idaho facility.   • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and ensure product shelf-life compliance.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory layout for optimal accessibility and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status, shortages, and overages.
  • Process inventory adjustments and transfers accurately within the system.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Train other warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and the importance of accuracy.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with cycle counting and physical inventory procedures.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) as needed.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain principles is advantageous.
