Are you experienced in managing the flow of goods? Our Richmond, Virginia facility is looking for a skilled Shipping & Receiving Associate. This vital role is the gateway for all incoming and outgoing inventory, requiring precision, organization, and efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and stocking merchandise appropriately. On the shipping side, you'll prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items are selected, packed securely, and labeled accurately for transit. Understanding inventory management systems and maintaining accurate records are key components of this position. Safety is paramount in our warehouse operations. All employees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
