We are actively seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this key role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, contributing directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of warehouse activities, including receiving incoming goods, meticulously picking items based on order requirements, carefully packing products for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will utilize various tools and technologies, such as RF scanners and warehouse management systems, to perform your duties with precision. This role requires a combination of speed, accuracy, and physical capability, involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Safety is paramount in our fulfillment center, and you will be expected to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is beneficial, but we are committed to providing thorough training for dedicated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Stage orders for outbound shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Support overall logistics operations of the facility.
