Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Fort Worth, Texas! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading goods. Your contribution is essential to ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe working environment. You will work closely with other warehouse associates and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a proactive approach to tasks. We believe in creating a secure and productive atmosphere, so strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE are expected. The job involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement. Familiarity with general warehouse procedures and Logistics principles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
