If you’re a fully licensed and certified SLP with feeding therapy experience, this is your opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based therapy in a dynamic, collaborative, and sensory-rich environment. This is a part-time after-school role, with the flexibility to work additional hours when available.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate clients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional communication status.
* Develop individualized treatment plans with a strong emphasis on feeding therapy.
* Implement and monitor therapy sessions while adapting goals based on client progress.
* Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Participate in developing multidisciplinary care plans and attending team meetings.
* Assist with public speaking, community outreach, and/or education related to speech-language therapy.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
* Current license to practice in the state of Texas.
* Strong communication, time management, and clinical reasoning skills.
* Passion for working in a collaborative pediatric and young adult setting.
* Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Duties require extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
* Must be able to lift, position, and transfer clients; participate in play-based and physical therapies.
* May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Hourly treatment rate starting at $43.00 per treatment hour, based on experience.
