This is a great opportunity for a high-performing Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking to step into management while still being hands-on in winning business.
OTE up to £40,000
The role You’ll play a key part in driving sales performance, winning new instructions and supporting the branch manager in running a high-performing office.
Key responsibilities
Winning and converting valuations and instructions
Growing sales income and pipeline
Managing and qualifying applicants
Conducting viewings and negotiations
Driving canvassing and marketing activity
Identifying cross‑selling opportunities
Supporting and motivating the team
Delivering outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in residential sales
Strong listing and valuation track record
Confident negotiator
Target‑driven and commercially minded
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ambitious and career‑focused
