Our Territory Sales Representatives are vital for our business to grow. They will need to build strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders, gaining new accounts through a variety“How to”?”" of the menu of the enjoyment to achieve and exceed targets. It is their responsibility to ensure the account base across each depot continues to grow consistently and to give new customers a full understanding of the Howdens model and its benefits. They will collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, ensuring a higher sale per account and more frequent trading from the account base. They will actively participate in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative to share best demonstrable practices with other Territory Sales senda?? reps in the area. Our Territory Sales Representatives enjoy a lot of autonomy. They will seek new business opportunities when possible while organizing their own diary to develop the customer base in each depot within the territory.
