Our client, a well-established
new homes developer , is seeking an
experienced New Homes Sales Executive
to join their team on a development in the
Doncaster area .
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, results-driven sales professional with proven experience in
new homes sales
to join a quality developer offering strong earning potential.
The Role
Managing day-to-day sales activity on site
Handling customer enquiries, viewings, and reservations
Guiding purchasers through the full sales journey to completion
Delivering a high level of customer service and aftersales care
Maintaining high presentation standards within the sales office and show homes
Achieving individual and site sales targets
About You
Proven experience in new homes sales
is essential
Professional, personable, and customer-focused
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Able to work independently on site
What’s on Offer
Basic salary: £30,000 – £32,000
(DOE)
OTE: £55,000
Working days:
Thursday – Monday
