Key Responsibilities
Lead all business development activities, including door knocking, networking, and client outreach to generate new instructions.
Conduct property valuations and viewings in collaboration with the office team.
Manage the entire sales process from initial client engagement through to successful completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to expand your network and secure ongoing instructions.
Contribute to team growth by actively seeking new business opportunities and client instructions.
Attend relevant networking groups in Oxford.
Requirements
Proven motivation and proactive attitude; the ability to 'pick up the phone' and actively seek new clients in a competitive environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the resilience and drive to succeed in outbound sales activities.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for door knocking and client meetings.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
Prior experience in sales, real estate, or a related industry is essential.
