Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan in alignment with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality control workflows for all construction activities. Monitor and ensure compliance with CONQUAS standards, conduct assessments, and track scoring requirements. Carry out inspections and testing for structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and work procedures submitted by subcontractors. Identify non-conformances, prepare NCR reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain proper documentation of quality records, test reports, inspection forms, and project submissions. Support internal and external audits, ensure readiness for QA/QC evaluations, and prepare relevant reports. Promote quality awareness and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site team. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of QA/QC experience
in the construction industry, preferably in building or industrial projects. Hands‑on experience in CONQUAS assessments , scoring, and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulatory guidelines. Familiar with quality documentation, ITPs, NCR handling, and audit preparations. Good communication and coordination skills to work with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
