Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Ensure the security of the property during the night shift
• Perform end-of-day tasks and report preparation

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Background in hospitality management is advantageous
