Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling plastic materials and products to manufacturers and distributors. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competition, and product performance.
Experience
- Proven experience selling plastic materials and products to manufacturers and distributors
- Strong skills in business development and territory management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
