Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

San Juan Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist. A minimum of 1 year's experience is required. Our goal is to find a motivated and experienced candidate in the veterinary field that can help strengthen our customer service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team and clients.
• Provide information on pet care and services offered, addressing client inquiries with excellent communication skills.
• Present estimates and treatment plans for clients
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
• Team player
• Cornerstone experience is a plus
