Global Consolidation Manager

Overview & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Global Consolidation Manager will lead and oversee the consolidation and reporting function for Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE). This role is accountable for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant consolidation of global financial results across all regions and entities and delivering high-quality reporting for both executive management and external stakeholders.

The position requires a highly skilled finance leader with deep expertise in consolidation, intercompany processes, fixed assets, and financial systems, while also serving as the key liaison with global and regional finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, IFRS compliance, and Ebara Corporation's reporting requirements.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES

Global Consolidation & Reporting

• Lead the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS and Ebara Group reporting requirements.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting disclosures.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of global consolidation results in FCCS and reporting in Stravis.
• Manage and review AnaPlan reporting for forecasts and plans.
• Prepare and review monthly executive reporting packages, providing analysis of key trends, variances, and risks.

Team Leadership & Oversight

Directly manage the following roles:

• Global Finance Systems Lead – responsible for finance system maintenance, enhancements, and controls (FCCS, ERP integrations).
• Global Fixed Asset Lead – oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization policies, and global asset reporting.
• Global Intercompany / Eliminations Lead – ensure proper intercompany

reconciliations, eliminations, and compliance with
