We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Owner/Operator and Leadership Team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining clear communication throughout the organization, and assisting with key projects that support the restaurant's long-term success. You will play a vital part in administrative execution, leader coordination, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:
- Answer phones and emails, ensuring information is relayed quickly and accurately to the correct parties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and confidential files
- Draft and manage email communication on behalf of leadership
- Assist with onboarding documentation, uniform tracking, and team communication tools
- Maintain filing systems and support general office operations, including data entry and organization
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing leadership meetings, team trainings, and special events
- Track key operational deadlines, compliance items, and follow-up tasks
- Serve as a liaison between the Owner/Operator and internal teams to ensure consistent, timely communication
- Coordinate projects that support restaurant operations, culture-building, and guest experience initiatives
- Proven experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, leadership support, or Chick-fil-A operations is a plus
- Full-time: Approximately 40 hours per week
