Responsibilities

• Perform auto body painting including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural or painting by sanding, buffing, and applying primer to ensure smooth finishes.
• Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying techniques or traditional methods to achieve flawless color matching.
• Utilize auto estimating software to assess damages accurately and communicate repair needs effectively.
• Handle heavy lifting safely while moving parts or damaged panels during repair procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
• Be a team leader.

Experience

• Prior dealership experience is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with professional auto body paint standards.
• 2 years proven skills inauto painting ,_ buffing, and detailing_ are essential for delivering top-quality results.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other specialized equipment is required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all repair tasks.
• Strong customer service skills are vital for providing a positive experience for clients throughout the repair process.
