About Us:

We're a locally owned practice that believes in high quality, collaborative care, and strong relationships—with both our clients and our staff. We're proud of the culture we've built: supportive, respectful, hardworking, and fun.

What You'll Do:

In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for guiding the day-to-day operations of the clinic with a strong emphasis on human resources. Your focus will be on supporting the team, fostering a healthy and positive workplace culture, and ensuring we continue to be a place where great veterinary professionals want to work and grow.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Hospital Administrator on managing various projects
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, OSHA standards and HR best practices
  • Manage performance reviews, staff development and coaching
  • Support conflict resolution, team communication and morale
  • Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and work-life balance
  • Maintain personnel records and benefits coordination
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
  • Key member of the leadership team that works together on developing protocols, policies and solving issues that arise

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong background in human resources, team development, and people management
  • A calm, confident presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who leads by example and values empathy, respect, and accountability
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience with HR/payroll software and scheduling tools a plus
  • A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health benefits and paid time off
  • IRA Retirement
  • Seattle, Washington, United States
