Who We're Looking For:

This role is perfect for individuals who have a proven track record in caregiving and a genuine passion for working with elders. Ideally, you will have:

  • 1+ year of caregiving experience in a facility setting.
  • Experience as an Aid or Patient Care Tech in a hospital environment.
  • This is also a great opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) looking to expand their skills
  • A deep love and respect for the elderly.
  • High attention to detail: You understand the critical importance of accuracy in medication administration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: You can manage multiple tasks and maintain thorough records.
  • Excellent time management abilities: You can prioritize effectively and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do (and Learn):

You will begin your journey with us as a Caregiver, providing essential support and companionship to our residents. Within your first 30 days, you will receive comprehensive training to become a certified Med Tech. Upon successful completion, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as a caregiver.
  • Accurately administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Observing and documenting residents' responses to medications.
  • Maintaining accurate medication records and inventory.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time (FT) 2nd Shift
  • Part-Time (PT) 2nd Shift
