Ron Jaworski's Downingtown Country Club has been a staple in Chester County as the premier golf, event, restaurant, and wedding venue for more than 4 decades.  We are seeking a seasoned, professional line cook who is eager to grow with our team. You must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive in high-volume / pressure situations. As a line cook, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing your culinary talents to prepare, prep and cook great tasting menu items according to established restaurant recipes and menu plans within food service operations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
• Collaborates effectively with fellow kitchen/restaurant staff and front of house team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

What you Have…

• Proven experience in high volume kitchen and restaurant 
• 1+ years of previous experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with kitchen/restaurant equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Pay: $16 - $24 per hour based on experience
