Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel or facility areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as floor care, dusting, laundry, and sanitation procedures.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards related to industrial cleaning equipment and hazardous materials handling.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations that require meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles within hospitality or industrial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards applicable to hospitality settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of janitorial staff with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry operations, including guest service expectations and facility maintenance procedures.
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently while adhering to budget constraints.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to uphold high cleanliness standards consistently.
• Relevant certifications in custodial services or industrial cleaning are a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
