General Manager Operations

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee multiple car wash operations in the greater Philadelphia area.

Job Summary:

The individual will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including day-today operations, employee relations, sales, marketing and customer service.

They will be responsible for leading a team in a service-oriented environment, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and a positive work environment that aligns with the Company's core values.

The General Manager will also serve as an operating partner and will be expected to make strategic decisions to improve business operations and growth. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the business.
• Oversee daily operations of the car wash.
• Hire, train, and manage employees, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and other financial aspects of the business.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to improve operations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years management experience in high volume car wash, retail / convenience store.
• Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• High school degree required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Schedule

• This position is full-time and primarily works days, however, may at times need to work a variety of hours depending on business needs (days, nights, weekends & Holidays).
