Senior Product Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and growth of our XODO Sign and Xodo .com product line. In this role, you will drive innovation in electronic signature technology, shaping the future of secure, scalable, and user-friendly signing solutions. In addition, you will manage and oversee our Xodo .com website, which we use as a funnel to our products across the Xodo portfolio. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams to deliver best-in-class SaaS experiences that address customer needs, accelerate adoption, and expand our go-to-market presence across key industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-impact growth area for Apryse. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that improve trial conversion, optimize pricing strategies, and capture new market share.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of XODO Sign, from roadmap development to execution, ensuring revenue and margin goals are achieved while driving long-term growth.
• Product Development: Manage day-to-day Scrum processes, refine and prioritize backlogs, and align sprint priorities with engineering teams (largely based in Europe).
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Engage directly with customers to understand pain points, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into valuable product enhancements.
