Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic-owned outpatient physical therapy practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment alongside highly experienced clinicians and orthopedic physicians, while actively contributing to the growth and excellence of a busy private practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Educate patients and families on condition management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support practice growth through clinical excellence, patient engagement, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
