Job Summary

The Senior Software Developer independently designs, builds, tests, and maintains software applications. They take ownership of features, collaborate across teams, optimize performance, and contribute to architectural discussions while mentoring junior developers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy application features and integrations.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Build APIs, backend services, and frontend components depending on the stack.
  • Debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work closely with product owners, BAs, and QA teams to understand requirements.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps processes.
  • Provide guidance to junior developers when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Experience with frameworks like .NET Core, Spring Boot, , React, Angular, Vue, etc.
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and application deployments.
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience mentoring developers.
  • Certifications related to software development or cloud technologies.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in AI technologies.
